●Q: How do I connect?
>A: To connect all you need to do is make sure you have UCGO Ver1.5.7 and download the gameclient.cfg from the Downloads section. If you do not have or are unsure what version you have, just download the client anyway from the Downloads section.

●Q: The Login button is greyed out.
>A: Make sure you have the latest gameclient.cfg AND its in the correct folder (wherever UCClient.exe is).

●Q: Im getting a short red message on login.
>A: If the message your're getting is "バージョンが違います。" Then it means you have an incorrect version.

●Q: I can select my character but it takes forever on the loading screen.
>A: This could actually mean a few things. First, if you have an anti-virus or firewall try allowing ucgo through, UCGO uses ports 24010-24018 TCP & UDP. Second, it could mean you have a LSP (Layered Service Provider) enabled that is conflicting with UCGO, we recommend that you remember what programs you may have installed that has an LSP. Most common program is WideCap. To remove look for a tool called "LSPFix". Read up on the instructions and remove the LSP. Be careful with LSPFix.

●Q: I got disconnected while in a Transport, now im bugged! What do i do?
>A: If this happens, try doing /transport again.

●Q: AHH! My stuff is gone, what happened?
>A: Hangars and items are not saved when the server restarts or crashes yet. So if this happened it was a result of that.

●Q: When will combat be in?
>A: Really there is no ETA on combat. It is a complex system to figure out. A basic form may be put in at a later time, keep yourself updated.

●Q: What is there to do?
>A: There is not much to do right now, just the general things like: Chatting, Walking around, Getting in Mobile Suits, Equiping Weapons, Locking on to people, and Clothing. But more stuff is being added in time of course. We would like you to keep in mind that it is a Public Stress Test, and not the final product.
